The payment schedule
The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the dated and signed contract, accompanied by a deposit check for 50% of the total amount to be paid. On the day of taking possession of the premises, the tenant undertakes to pay, in addition to the deposit, the rent for the overall payment.
The optional “Housekeeping” service
This service is offered to tenants as a paid service on demand, which is added to the rental amount. You can thus choose the cleaning service at the rate of 60 euros.
Cancellations
In the event of withdrawal by the owner after signing the contract, he will be required to pay, within seven days following withdrawal, double the deposit to the tenant.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, up to 1 week before the effective date of the contract, the owner will keep the deposit. In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the tenant will have to pay the full rent of the rental, as a penalty clause.
General conditions
Only use the premises for habitation without causing disturbances to neighbours (noise, odours, smoke, lights, etc.).
Do not assign or sublet this rental in any way.
Do not change the premises or the arrangement of the furniture in any way.
Respect the number of 4 people maximum who can reside in the premises.
Do not allow any animals in the rental.
